New York: Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith have replaced the head of school founded by them with women who has studied Scientology.
The actor and his wife have shown the door to Jacqueline Olivier from their New Village Leadership Academy and brought in Piano Foster. It has emerged that they had an argument with Olivier about the school`s Study Tech curriculum, which was developed by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard. "Jacquie is no longer at the school for reasons entirely unrelated to curriculum. She is an excellent educator and fully embraced the school`s secular and open-minded approach to innovative teaching methodologies," the New York Post quoted a representative for the Smiths as saying. But an insider told RadarOnline.com: "Her position was becoming untenable as she did not agree with Study Tech and felt uncomfortable with it." The insider said Foster was "more `in-line` with their thinking." However, Smith`s spokeswoman has described Foster as a Catholic and not a Scientologist. Radar reports that Foster had done Scientology Basic Study Manual course in 2005. The superstar couple taught their kids, Jaden, 9, and Willow, 7, at home before they founded the school last year in September in Calabasas ANI
