Management bans Indian cricketers from using Twitter

Sydney: The Indian team management has decided to bar the Indian players from posting their views on the micro blogging site, Twitter, in order to avoid any controversy.

The decision seems to have been taken after Kohli’s indecent gesture towards the Sydney crowd during the second Test match between India and Australia. Post this incidence, Kohli had tweeted that the personal comments made by the crowd acted as a precursor to his middle-finger act.

“I agree cricketers don`t have to retaliate. What when the crowd says the worst things about your mother and sister. The worst I`ve heard," wrote the young Delhi lad who made his debut during the first Test in Melbourne.

A leading daily citing a source reported on Monday that the team management wants to avoid any sort of comments on the tweets that might have the potential to snowball into a controversy and hence the instructions for staying away from Twitter.
