Islamabad: Batsman Misbahul Haq has said that Pakistan needs a batting coach to solve the team`s top-order batting problems at the crease in international matches.

According to the Daily Times, Misbah returned home on Monday after leading Pakistan to their first ever one-day series victory against South Africa, a 2-1 win.

Pakistan also drew the Twenty20 series 1-1, the report said.

Despite the top order batsmen struggling against South Africa, rookie all-rounders Bilawal Bhatti and Anwar Ali emerged as future stars in the series.

Misbah said that Pakistan`s batting averages were nowhere and there was no consistency, adding that after scoring in one match, they flop in 3-4 innings and so have to work hard on this thing.
