New Delhi: Hours after Indian selectors announced their 15-member squad for the upcoming World Cup, Yograj Singh – father of discarded Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh said that BCCI shouldn't be condemned for not considering the veteran batsman for the prestigious tournament.
Reacting to Yuvraj's exclusion, Yograj said that it wasn't the end of road for the 33-year-old and was hopeful of his participation in the 2019 World Cup.
Earlier in the day, the selectors announced the 15-member squad for the World Cup.
Stuart Binny, Ravindra Jadeja and Akshar Patel were preferred ahead of the senior left-hander.

Yuvraj Singh's name was being reconsidered by the selectors following his consecutive tons in the ongoing season of Ranji Trophy.
The southpaw was adjudged Man of the Series in the 2011 edition of the tournament, which was won by the MS Dhoni-led team.
