Parliamentarians beat Chief Ministers in cricket match

Gurgaon: The Parliamentarians on Saturday got the better of the Chief Ministers on a cricket field as they lifted the Coca-Cola Challenge Trophy by winning the `Surender Singh` memorial match.

The Parliamentarians team, led by Shashi Tharoor, was helped by the presence of former India players Mohd Azharuddin and Kirti Azad.

Haryana CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda led the Chief Ministers team in the match played at the Huda Sports Complex.

The event culminated with Coca-Cola India President and CEO, Atul Singh felicitating the winners, along with other dignitaries, including former Railway Minister, Lalu Prasad Yadav and Union Law Minister, Salman Khurshid.
