New Delhi: Pakistan Cricket Board on Thursday pressed for an early resumption of Indo-Pak cricket ties which had been snapped in the aftermath of the Mumbai terror attacks.
The issue of resumption of ties came up during the meeting between the International Cricket Council (ICC) president Sharad Pawar and PCB Chairman Ejaz Butt here.
Asked wether the issue was discussed during their almost one hour meeting, Butt said "we want the resumption of Indo-Pak cricketing ties".
Indo-Pak cricketing ties have been put on hold since the Mumbai terror attack in November 2008. The two countries have clashed only in multi-nation tournaments.
