New Delhi: Months after they ended their lucrative deal with the Board of Cricket for Control in India (BCCI) by withdrawing as the title sponsor of Indian Premier League (IPL), soft drink giant PepsiCo is once again set to collaborate with Indian cricket.

According to a report in Economic Times, the company has bagged a four-year contract to become a ground sponsor for all one-day international and Test matches to be played in India.

The report added that PepsiCo signed a deal to this effect with the Indian board earlier this week, said officials who were directly aware of the development.

A formal announcement is expected over the next few days.
