WEST INDIES: Overs: 38.1 II Score: 212/10 ( Roach: 0*)

That’s it! Australia have beaten West Indies in the second ODI by 54 runs to take 2-1 lead in the five-match series. Jason Holder was the last batsman to be dismissed. He was dismissed after being run out. He scored 9 (28b, 4X1).

WEST INDIES: Overs: 37 II Score: 209/9 (Holder: 9*, Roach: 0*)

An eventful over from Maxwell! Sunil Narine spoiled Maxwell’s figures by hitting him for four consecutive sixes off his first four deliveries. The fifth one was dot. Maxwell had the last laugh as Narine stepped out and was stumped. Maxwell has now four wickets. Can he get a fiver?

WEST INDIES: Overs: 25 II Score: 129/3 ( Powell: 51*, Bravo: 42*)

West Indies have recovered from the early blows of Mitchell Starc. Powell has reached his fifty while Bravo is going strong on 42*. They require another 138 from 25 overs at 5.52 rpo.
====================================================================================

WEST INDIES: Overs: 15 II Score: 65/3 ( Powell: 15*, Bravo: 18*)

A good over for West Indies. 13 runs came off it that included a six, a boundary, a couple and single. All coming from the bat if Dwayne Bravo. Meanwhile, they have crossed the 50-run mark. Bravo has looked good so far.
====================================================================================

WEST INDIES: Overs: 10 II Score: 35/3 ( Powell: 7*, Bravo: 0*)

West Indies are now struggling! They have lost their third wicket in Darren Bravo who was trapped in front by Mitchell Starc. West Indies need a partnership here!
====================================================================================

WEST INDIES: Overs: 5 II Score: 20/2 (Bravo: 6*, Powell: 2*)

West Indies have lost their two wickets in Chris Gayle and Ramnaresh Sarwan. Gayle was snared by Mitchell Starc after being hit on the pads in front of the stumps. He scored just 4 runs. Starc gave Windies another blow two balls later in Sarwan who was also given out lbw. He went for two-ball duck.

AUSTRALIA: Overs: 50 II Score: 266/7 (Bailey: 125*, Johnson: 16*)

====================================================================================

AUSTRALIA: Overs: 24 II Score: 98/6 (Bailey: 20*, Faulkner: 0*)

Wade departed after being brilliantly caught by Sammy at first slip off Narine while attempting a cut. He scored 16 (28b, 4X1). Four balls later, in the next over bowled by Sammy himself, Maxwell was bowled off his first delivery. He was out for a duck. WI are all over Australia.

====================================================================================

AUSTRALIA: Overs: 15 II Score: 63/4 (Bailey: 0*, Wade: 6*)

It has been a poor start by the Australian team. They have lost four wickets within the first 15 overs. What they now need is a big partnership that will stabilise the innings. Sammy, Holder, Roach and Bravo have picked a wicket each. Phil Hughes, with 21 runs, is the highest scorer of the innings so far.
====================================================================================

AUSTRALIA: Overs: 10 II Score: 39/2 (Hughes: 16*, Clarke: 4*)

Nine runs from the over including a biggie over square leg region by Hughes. This has been a good start by West Indies after they won the toss and invited Australia to bat first. Both of their openers are back in the pavilion without a significant contribution to the total.
