Vadodara: Jaydev Unadkat wreaked havoc against Assam in the semi-final of the Ranji Trophy with a 11-wicket haul to help seal Saurashtra's spot in the final.

Unadkat, who picked up six wickets in the first innings, followed it up with yet another superb show, scalping five more batsmen for just 45 runs.

Assam conceded a 119-run lead in the first innings after Saurashtra scored 353 in reply to their 234 in the first innings.

Cheteshwar Pujara (126) managed to add just 10 runs to his overnight score while Chirag Jani made 43 and Deepak Punia was unbeaten on 42.

In reply, Assam folded out for just 139 in the second innings as Unadkat and Hardik Rathod (3/26) shared eight wickets between themselves.

Saurashtra chased down the 21-run target without losing a wicket.
