Ranji Trophy: Three points for hosts Tripura against Goa

Agartala: Tripura took three points out of their drawn Group C cricket match against Goa, courtesy a first innings lead in the Ranji Trophy here.

Goa, starting their second innings on day four at 123 for five, went on to make 239 for nine in 78.1 overs before declaration.

The hosts batted for 31 overs making 113 for one in 31 overs, thanks to opener Bishal Ghosh (47 not out) and Udiyan Bose (41).

Tripura now have seven points from four matches (one loss, three draws) while Goa are at the bottom with 4 points from as many games (all draws).
