Perth: Swashbuckling Delhi batsman Virender Sehwag on Tuesday hoped for a speedy recovery for Yuvraj Singh and also said that he would love to have Sahara as the sponsors of the Indian team.

Talking about the withdrawal of Sahara as the team’s sponsors after a 11 year old relationship, Sehwag said, “I do not know what is going on India but we must respect their decision. We loved playing with the Sahara logo and if they want to pull out, it is their decision.”

Sehwag also wished speedy recovery for Yuvraj Singh who is currently undergoing treatment in the US for a condition called extragonadal seminoma.

Yuvraj’s contagion is located between his two lungs rather than in his lungs. It is not lung cancer nor has the tumour spread into lungs. Extragonadal seminoma is a rare tumor which forms less than one per cent of cancers in the whole.
