Services restricted Tripura to 227 in their second innings before reaching were 23 for one at stumps, needing just another 194 runs for a win tomorrow. Earlier, resuming at an overnight score of 246 for 5, services lost their last five wickets for only seven runs, with Prema Balla remaining unbeaten on 89. For Tripura, skipper Timir Chanda bagged five wickets for 73, while Rana Datta took 4 for 47. In Tripura`s second innings, the top order showed poor display once again and hosts got bundled out for 227 as pacer Yadav and Nishan Singh ripped them apart completely, sharing seven wickets between themselves. Vinayak Samant (49), Mani Singh (47) and Tushar Saha (unbeaten 48) chipped in with runs for Tripura. PTI
