Madonna’s ex-flame accused of arranging phony arrest

Madonna’s former boyfriend Chris Paciello has been accused of arranging a phony arrest.

New York: Madonna’s former boyfriend Chris Paciello has been accused of arranging a phony arrest.Paciello, who allegedly participated in the 1993 robbery and murder of a Staten Island woman, was said to have sent police after former business partner Sandy Sachs on a false drunk driving charge.
Sachs’ lawyer Gerson Horn claimed that Paciello persuaded a cop buddy to arrest her after she slapped him with a lawsuit for allegedly failing to make good on a promised 600,000 dollar investment, reports the New York Daily News. Horn said that a deputy came to the restaurant and "saw no evidence that Sandy was drunk." But she was confronted at her home by several officers who "threw her to the ground, handcuffed and pummeled her. Her body was covered with bruises." Paciello`s girlfriend also allegedly told cops that Sachs was drunk, and the police were also said to have forced a blood test that later determined Sachs` alcohol level within legal limits. Horn said that the lawsuit would accuse cops of wrongful arrest, battery, and civil rights violations. Sheriff`s spokesman Mike Parker said: "We found no wrongdoing by our employees. It was a legal arrest." Meanwhile, Paciello`s lawyer, Keith Fink, said: "A friend of Chris` did the responsible thing by calling in someone who appeared drunk." ANI
