New Delhi: Days after the Kiwis snatched victory from the jaws of defeat against the Men in Blue, Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) now wants Team India to play the ICC World T20 wearing the old jersey that won them the ICC World Cup last year, as per the reports.

The one-run defeat didn’t go down too well with the ‘superstitious’ board and BCCI President Srinivasan wants the team to play in the same jersey that won them the ICC World Cup last year.

However, according to reports, Srinivasan said that the board has asked for the old jersey keeping in mind some other issues and not the defeat against the Black Caps in the T20 international.
