New Delhi: Pakistan's Younis Khan is regarded by many as the most underrated batsman of his generation. 

Known for his resilience in tough situations, the middle-order batsman played a pivotal role for his team in the late 90s and early 2000s.

Like his understaded perfomances, another contribution of Younis had gone unnoticed until recently.

Superstar batsman AB de Villiers revealed a couple of months back how learning batting technique from Yonus helped improve his game. 

According to the South African, copying Younis's method of playing the sweep shot has helped him immensly in countering spin bowlers.
