New Delhi: West Indies' mystery spinner Sunil Narine has the reputation of making life miserable for the best of batsmen.
Playing in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) last year, Narine created history by becoming the only bowler in the history of T20 cricket to bowl a maiden Super Over.
The match between Red Steel and Guyana Amazon Warriors was tied after both the sides ended up scoring 118 runs by the end of 20 overs.
In the Super Over, Guyana scored 12 runs batting first.
While it looked like a cakewalk for Red Steel, that was not to be as Narine made the batsmen dance to his tunes by spinning a web around them.
Narine bowled four dot balls (all played and missed) in a row to wicketkeeper-batsman Nicolas Pooran and had him caught at long-off by Martin Guptill off the fifth delivery. The sixth and final ball was played and missed by Ross Taylor.
