India Test skipper Virat Kohli reached the 5m mark on social micro-blogging site, Twitter.
New Delhi: India Test skipper Virat Kohli reached the 5m mark on social micro-blogging site, Twitter.
Kohli stated that it was a quick ride to reach the figure. He also thanked the fans for making it possible citing it was a great start to the new year. Kohli expressed his views through Twitter.

On December 23rd Kohli overtook Sachin Tendulkar as the most followed sportsperson on Twitter, though the former legendary cricketer still holds the number two spot a year after his retirement.
Kohli had passed the 4m followers on Twitter in October to showcase that his popularity on social media sites are increasing to a large extent day by day.
India are currently playing in Australia as they trail the four-match Test series against the hosts by 0-2. The final Test in Sydney will start from 6th of January as Kohli will lead the team after taking over the reins from Mahendra Singh Dhoni who retired from the game after the third Test at MCG.
Kohli will look to further improve on his current form which has been amazing so far.
