London, May 29: Hollywood heavyweights Dustin Hoffman and Pual Giamatti are all set to play father-son in a new film, which has been adapted from Mordercai Richeler`s last novel.
The `Tootsie` star will play a retired policeman in `Barney`s Version`, whose search for a "person of interest" in his friend`s disappearance leads him to his long missing son.
The shooting of the film will begin this August in Rome.
