New Delhi: Legendary West Indies bowler Curtly Ambrose on Friday was replaced by West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) as the country's bowling coach.
Roderick Estwick, the Barbados Pride bowling coach, has replaced Ambrose, the cricket board said in a statement.
Estwick will join the West Indies team on Thursday next week. His first assignment will be the upcoming Tri-Nations ODI series against Australia and South Africa at home.
Ambrose's last involvement with the team was during the ICC World Twenty20 in India in March and April.
