Barcelona sign striker Villa for 40 million euros

Barcelona have signed David Villafor 40 million euros.

Madrid: Barcelona have moved quickly to reinforce their squad snapping up Spain striker David Villa from Valencia for 40 million euros (USD 49.66 million) on Wednesday, three days after winning a second consecutive La Liga title.
