London: Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney has revealed that he would consider playing in the American Major Soccer League ( MLS) in the future, but said that he is currently concentrating on the Premier League club.
The 29-year-old striker, who is touring United States on a pre-season tour, said that although he is concentrating on United, he would think about the prospect of moving to the States.
Rooney said that when the time comes he would sit down with his wife and children and decide if that decision would be right for him, the Guardian reported.
However, Rooney believes that he is reading the game better and adapting tactically, pointing that he is still improving as a player.
Earlier this year, England internationals Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard sealed their move to the American league.
