Benitez aims to end Chelsea reign with Europa League win

London: Interim Chelsea manager Rafael Benitez has said that he will aim to complete his professional job at the club with a big win following the Blues` entry into the Europa League final.

The Blues will meet Benfica in the May 15 final after three goals in 10 minutes shortly after half-time secured a decisive 3-1 second-leg semi-final win over Basle.

The report further said that with Chelsea`s 5-2 aggregate, Benitez, who has been subjected to jeers from the Stamford Bridge crowd since taking over in November 2012, will have the chance to end his tumultuous reign with an European title.

According to Benitez, he is confident about winning the Europa League, adding that he came to do a professional job with the commitment of the players.

The Spaniard also praised his players, saying that they are working hard and have maintained the good atmosphere of the club, adding that his side`s fightback had left them a goal away from being eliminated from the league.
