New Delhi: New Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal has laid down his rules for all club players ahead of the 2013-14 Premier League season. A stickler for solid preparation, the Dutchman is not leaving anything to chance as he gets his United team ready to win back the title from neighbors Manchester City. He has brought a mini-revolution at the club introducing several innovative measures especially in training. One such step includes the installation of HD camera`s at Carrington, the training facility of the club with an objective to capture every kick of all United players. He has made it clear that English would be the preferred mode of communication between players and has even done away with rectangular tables in the club canteen replacing them with round one. This to, facilitate conversation among players. The playing surface at Carrington has been replaced with a surface that is identical to Old Trafford. Another of Louis van Gaal`s diktat includes fitness as a priority for every club player. He even pin-pointed at new signing Luke Shaw and had him train separately to regain top fitness. After spending several years under Sir Alex Ferguson and then one season under David Moyes, some of the veteran players will now have to adapt to a new system at the club. Van Gaal has already began putting his stamp on Manchester United.
