New Delhi: The January 2015 transfer window opened officially on January 3 and is expected to slam shut on February 2 .

Premier League clubs and their representatives are currently busy negotiating deals to recruit and offload footballers.

This is the perfect time for managers to reassess their squad as they approach the most crucial phase of their season campaign.
