Red Devils have been the dominant side in this fixture, overall. They have won 11 times, losing only once in their 13 league meetings.

Last year, this fixture produced Potters registering a hard-earned 2-1 victory over the Red Devils of David Moyes.

But a month ago, in their first meeting of the season, United under Louis van Gaal beat Stoke at Old Trafford thanks to a second-half Juan Mata winner after Steven N'Zonzi equalised the Marouane Fellaini's goal in the first half.

The big news is Bojan Krkic will not be in action as the former Barcelona starlet suffered a suspected hamstring injury in Potters' victory against West Brom on Sunday.
