Man City ready to offer Tevez route back to Arg

London: Manchester City are reportedly ready to offer captain Carlos Tevez a free transfer that would enable him to return to his homeland, Argentina.

According to a leading daily, Manchester City will provide an escape route to Tevez if he commits himself to the club for the next two years.

Tevez has been living alone in Manchester after his wife Vanesa moved back to Buenos Aires with daughters Forencia and Katia.

The 27-year-old had earlier launched an astonishing attack on the club by saying that it has nothing to offer and that when he leaves he will never go back.

Tevez, who is reportedly paid 286,000 pounds every week, also said that he lived in a rented house in Manchester because there was no point buying there.
