Rome: Italian giants AC Milan have reached an agreement with Carlos Tevez and are ready to sign the Argentine subject to a final nod from his current club Manchester City.
"We have an agreement with the player," AC Milan CEO Adriano Galliani told a news channel.
"There are ongoing negotiations with Manchester City and we expect an answer on a loan proposal with the right to purchase the player later on very soon."
To complete the signing, AC Milan will have to reach an agreement with Premier League club Manchester City.
Milan are currently leading Serie A table with 34 points and return to league action on Sunday against Atalanta.
