Manchester: Manchester City defeated Manchester United on 30th April, 2011 courtesy a solitary goal from the captain Vincent Kompany. Manchester City fans celebrated the victory as if they had won the Premier League.
But today, they would probably celebrate a victory against relegation threatened Queens Park Rangers in an even better manner – because City will for sure clinch the Premier League title for real for the first time in 44 years.
The final day of the most closely fought title race in almost two decades, City will fancy their chances against the lowly placed Queens Park Rangers whereas reigning champions Manchester United will face off against Sunderland away from home.
The game will start 19:30 (IST) i.e 7.30 pm Indian time.
