New Delhi: The organising committee of the U17 FIFA World Cup 2017 has confirmed the appointment of Javier Ceppi as tournament director and Joy Bhattacharjya as project director for the mega event slated to be held in India.

The short-listed candidates were then interviewed by Praful Patel, President, AIFF before the appointments were finalised.
