The third edition of the event featured every aspect of golf from equipment to green keeping to development and management of courses.

“A golf real estate fund of USD 150 million would be created to give a boost to Indian golf industry in the coming years,” Dev said.

“The members of the Asian Golf Course Owners Association have decided to create fund of USD 150 million, which will be aimed at getting investment from South Asian, US and Indian companies.

“The fund will go into the development of golf real estate and the focus will be on the development of around 150 projects in the next five years, including development of resort golf courses, which is totally absent from the Indian golf scenario,” said Dev.
