Estoril: Gaganjeet Bhullar’s fortunes kept oscillating as he carded an erratic one-under 71 in the second round to barely make the cut at tied 61st in the Portugal Open here.
The Kapurthala golfer has a two-day total of one-under 143.
Off the blocks with a birdie, Bhullar stumbled soon after as he dropped a bogey on the third before a triple bogey on the fourth further compounded his woes.
But birdies on the sixth, eighth and ninth helped him make some amends.
The back-nine was a steady affair as Bhullar pulled off a couple of birdies against a lone bogey to break par and make the cut for weekend action.
At the top, Spaniard Carlos Del Moral (65) and Dane Thomas Bjorn (65) shared the lead at seven-under 132.
