New Delhi: India tied Portugal for the top
slot before coming second best on count-back in the World
Corporate Golf Challenge in South Africa.
Both the sides were tied for the first place with a total
team score of 199 at the prestigious Oubaai Golf Club and
Fancourt Golf Club and the tie was eventually broken on
Indian team comprising Manav Sardana, Aman Sawhney,
Sameet Sanghrajka and Yohann Pedder had a total team handicap
of 41 while Portugal`s total was 24.
The highlight of the event was hole-in-one by Indian team
member Manav Sardana.
