London Olympics 2012 Wrestling: Amit Kumar vs Radoslav Marinov Velikov- As it happened...Zeenews Sports Bureau

London: Indian wrestlers continued to disappoint on day 14 as Amit Kumar lost his repechage round match against Radoslav Marinov Velikov 0-2 in 55kg class to crash out of the London Olympics.

As it happened

Period 2: This also ended 0-0. Radoslav again won the toss and got the clinch position and took the second period as well. He won the bout 2-0 and will meet Japan's Shinichi Yumoto for the bronze medal.

Period 1: Amit has lost the first period. The period ended in a stalemate. Radoslav won the toss and got the clinch position. He took advantage of that and claimed the first period.

The event has started.

India’s Amit Kumar will face Radoslav Marinov Velikov of Bulgaria in the repechage round 2. The winner of the event will qualify for the bronze medal match to meet Shinichi Yumoto of Japan.

Earlier, Amit won his opening bout (55kg) but lost the quarterfinal match. His quarterfinal opponent Vladimer Khinchegashvili made it to the final giving him a chance to contest in the repechage round for the bronze medal.

The match starts at 10:50 pm (IST).

Its luck...Amit played well but he was unlucky that he didn`t won any toss and he opponent won the toss 2 times and got the clinch position.. So its just the luck....
