London Olympics archery: Jayanta Talukdar is another Indian casualtyLondon: Indian archer Jayanta Talukdar got a 0-6 hammering from America`s Jacob Wukie in the opening archery men`s individual elimination round at the London Olympics here Tuesday.

The archers` ordinary show at the Olympics continued with Jayanta being outplayed by a superior opponent at the Lord`s Cricket Ground.

The American shot six ten pointers in the maximum nine arrows while Jayanta was able to hit the bulls-eye just once.

The writing was on the wall in the first set in which Jayanta shot a five before losing it 22-27.

Jayanta`s teammate Rahul Banerjee and Tarundeep Rai play their individual matches later in the day.

They bowed out of the team event after losing their opening eliminator to Japan.
