London Olympic 2012 Football: Menezes refutes Brazil gold medal pressureRio de Janeiro: Brazil coach Mano Menezes has said his team is not feeling the pressure of aiming for the country`s first Olympic football gold medal.

Brazil will meet South Korea in the semi-finals at Old Trafford Tuesday for the right to vie for gold against the winner of the Mexico-Japan duel, reports Xinhua.

"This team has nothing to do with Brazil`s previous Olympic football squads," Menezes said.

"I don`t feel under pressure because of what has or hasn`t happened in the past, and I won`t let my players feel it either."

The Olympics represent the only major football prize Brazil is yet to win.

Menezes` team won each of its group matches against Egypt, Belarus and New Zealand before advancing to the semi-finals with a 3-2 victory over Honduras Saturday.
