London: Manchester United skipper Rio Ferdinand tweeted after seeing Usain Bolt’s 100m semi-final, “If you want that trail at Man U shout on me, I’ll speak to the boss!! Well done in 100m, waiting for you to smash the 200m now! “.

Ferdinand has offered to help Usain Bolt realize his potential apart from being an Olympics athlete and helping him join Manchester United. Bolt who is a die-hard fan of United replied “After the Olympics we work on that… lol thanks man”

Bolt also quoted “People think I am joking. But if Ferguson calls me up and say, come and have a trial, it would be really impossible for me to say no to him. I wouldn’t have taken up the challenge if I wasn’t good enough. I am a very dexterous player and know I would surely make a difference in the team.”

He further added, “Moreover, I would be the fastest player in the team. I am in Britain for a few more days. If Sir Ferguson wants to give me a call for the trail he knows where I am!”

Bolt also told a TV channel: "Rio`s is going to fix up a meeting and I`m going to talk to Sir Alex."
