The four-day long F1`s first pre-season test will Button driving for the first two days and Hamilton will finish of the programme, a daily reports.
However, their roles will be reversed during the second test at the Barcelona, a move that is touted as McLaren’s attempt to satisfy egos of both the aces.
The third test again at Barcelona will see Button test driving on the first and the third day whereas Hamilton will test drive on the second and the last day. The new car by McLaren had cleared F1’s compulsory crash test at the end of the last year and is expected to be ready before the start of the testing.
