McLaren duo of Button, Hamilton heap praises on Red Bull rival Vettal

London: Formula One ace Jenson Button has insisted that Red Bull racer Sebastian Vettel deserved more credit for his achievements that what he has been given.

“People say he has had a good car but he has delivered when he had to. I don`t think people look at Seb as being lucky. He has done a phenomenal job. He`s been asked to do a job and he`s done it,” the Daily Mirror quoted Button, as saying. “The last few races he`s been perfect. He`s not put a foot wrong got the wins and deserved it. A lot of winning championships is not just getting in the car and driving it. He gives feedback and direction for the car for next year,” he added. Button’s McLaren teammate Lewis Hamilton also hailed the German as "a true champion". “He`s a true champion. He`s polite, he`s never in trouble, squeaky clean and a genuinely nice guy. At the end of the day, you have to do the job even if you do have the best car,” he said. ANI
