Monte Carlo: Force India made all the right
noise ahead of Sunday`s Monaco Grand Prix with Adrian Sutil
positioning himself in the top nine of both the practice
sessions here today.
The German completed 22 laps in the morning session and
his best effort of 1:16.805 placed him ninth in the
time-sheet, four places ahead of teammate Vitantonio Liuzzi
(1:17.704).
Sutil came out with an improved 1:15.460 in the afternoon
for the eighth fastest time of the segment, while Liuzzi
(1:16.528) came 15th.
Hispania driver Karun Chandhok (1:21.853) had an eventful
outing as the Indian ran out of grip in the morning session
and spun to finish last among 24 drivers, behind teammate
Bruno Senna.
In the afternoon, Karun lapped his HRT in 1m 20.313s,
just ahead of Senna.
Ferrari`s Fernando Alonso dominated both the sessions,
taking a second off his morning time of 1m 15.927s to post 1m
14.904s in the afternoon.
