Italian MotoGP driver Valentino Rossi is set to retire from two-wheel racing at the end of the season, The Daily Telegraph reported on Tuesday.
The nine-time world champion’s contract with Ducati expires at the end of 2012. He experienced a humbling 18 months since teaming up with Ducati. He finished last year without a win for the first time in his career and lies ninth in the standings this term.
