New terror threat to World Cup final at Wankhede
Mumbai: Pakistan foreign ministry on Friday issued a fresh warning of a possible terror attack on major events in India, specifically the World Cup final, which is to be held on April 2.
The World Cup final, which will take place in the Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium, could be the possible target.
Pakistan foreign secretary is scheduled to visit the country on March 27 to hold talks with the Indian counterparts.
According to latest media reports, inputs from Pakistan foreign office urged the Indian government to put all the main cities on high alert till April 2.
