Mumbai: The host of the 2019 Asian Games, for which three cities are in the race, will be decided on November 8.
The 31st Olympic Council of Asia (OCA)`s General Assembly is scheduled at the Macau East Asian Games Dome in China on November 8.
The most important item on the agenda of the meeting is the choice of the host city for the 18th Asian Games in 2019, according to the latest OCA newsletter.
Surabaya (Indonesia), Hanoi (Vietnam) and Dubai (United Arab Emirates) are in the running to host the continental sports extravaganza.
The OCA will also hold a gala banquet and an award function the same evening.
Twenty Asian athletes, including 10 females, will be rewarded for their outstanding achievements at the London Olympic Games, it added.
