Kenyan runner Josphat Kamzee Jepkopol won the men`s title in 2 hours, 14 minutes and 10 seconds, and Rebecca Kangogo Chesire, also from Kenya, claimed victory in the women`s competition in 2 hours, 33 minutes and 20 seconds, reports Xinhua. They winners claimed a reward worth $40,000. The race started at 7 a.m. local time at the plaza in front of Taipei`s city government, and it rained throughout the time it took the runners to finish.
