Cueist Habib misses maximum break

Habib, however, lost the match to Alal Mimun of Morocco 3-4 on the opening day of the tournament Thursday but recovered to win his next outing against Abdel Rahman Saif Al Shamshi of the United Arab Emirates 4-1 in Group E. Meanwhile, Egyptian Wael Talaat crafted the maximum break of 75 against Milad Elabbar of Libya and Roman Larinov of Russia became the youngest at 11 years to appear in 6 Reds international championship.
