India’s highest-ranked squash player Saurav Ghosal has signed up a two-year management and representation deal with professional sports management group Infinity Optimal Solutions Private Limited (IOS).

New Delhi: India’s highest-ranked squash player Saurav Ghosal has signed up a two-year management and representation deal with professional sports management group Infinity Optimal Solutions Private Limited (IOS).
As per the terms, IOS will coordinate Ghosal’s endorsements, media activities, rights and brand management.
Ghosal is currently ranked 26 in the world as per the latest rankings released by the Professional Squash Association, which is the highest rank ever achieved by an Indian player on the professional circuit.
At 23, Ghosal has already been honoured with the Arjuna Award and is a four-time national champion. His other accomplishments include the bronze at the Doha Asian Games, gold at the Under-17 German Open and gold at the U-19 British Junior open.IOS CEO Neerav Tomar said, “It is a matter of great pride for us to represent and manage a prodigal talent like Saurav. We are certain that as Ghosal climbs further up the professional rankings, his brand value will also rise further, and that an excellent spokesperson like Ghosal will definitely become the face of several corporate houses in the future.”
“As difficult as marketing squash is in India today, I know that Neerav and his dynamic team will leave no stone unturned in promoting my interests and I look forward to working with them in the coming days,” added Ghosal.
Ghosal will, in addition to his professional commitments on the professional tour, also represent India at the Commonwealth Games later this year and participate in the Punj Lloyd super platinum PSA Masters, 2010 scheduled to be held in New Delhi in December.
