New Delhi: P V Sindhu on Saturday said she has made a lot of errors against world number 6 Ratchanok Intanon and that there were a number of negatives in her game which saw her crash out of the semifinals of the India Open Super Series here.
"I didn`t play well today. Made a lot of errors," said Sindhu, after she lost her semifinal match 21-12 21-6.
"She (Intanon) was playing upfront, while my strokes were all going out," she added.
Speaking about the second game, which Sindhu was lagging 3-16 at one point, the Hyderabadi said, "I gave her a huge lead in the second game and it was very difficult to recover from there. There were a lot of negatives in the way I played today."
Sindhu, however, said she was satisfied to have made it to the semifinals of the tournament.
"Happy to have entered the semifinals. This was my first semifinal in India Open. But I could have played much better."
