Damani netted a break of 44 to win the first frame but a keen tussle followed and Girish beat his rival 49-74 5-11 53-46 48- 61 81-17 53-62 65-39. Mehta cliched a thrilling win after surrendering the first two sets. He beat Kotahri 01-123 43-66 59-50 86-39 67-16 67-30. PTI
