Lewis Hamilton going gaga over Mercedes

London: Formula One racer Lewis Hamilton has become so "involved" with his new Mercedes team he is even checking that sponsors` stickers are placed properly on his car.

Team chief Ross Brawn said Hamilton`s eye for detail is exactly what Merc want, as they expect him to play a vital role in driving the under-performing squad forward. Following Formula One`s first test session of 2013, Brawn said Hamilton is clearly a very talented driver. He called the Brit "very simple, very straightforward". Brawn admitted it might take more time for Hamilton to gel with Mercedes engineers to form a common plan to develop the car. But the boss added that the F1 ace is a person who enjoys being involved at all levels, which is a great motivation for the team. ANI
