Karachi: A two-member Indian team, comprising former Asian champion Yasin Merchant and Faisal Khan, will vie for the USD 3,100 seven-nation Jubilee Insurance Snooker Championship that begins on Sunday.
"Its great to be in Pakistan. I am feeling here at home," Faisal told reporters on arrival at the Quaid-e-Azam International Airport on Saturday.
Merchant, meanwhile, sought to rediscover his love for the city and meet some old friends. "I am looking forward to give my best in the event and meet old friends in Pakistan," said the veteran cueist, who won the Asian crown here in 2001.
The other participants, who will be battling it out for the top honours include, Thailand, Bahrain, Egypt, Iran and UAE.
