Liquigas-Doimo rider Nibali leads overall ahead of Spain`s Ezequiel Mosquera, with Peter Velits moving into third after the 46-km time trial in Penafiel.Overnight leader Joaquim Rodriguez turned in a poor performance and dropped to fifth on the overall classification.The Tour of Spain finishes in Madrid on Sept. 19.
